Ravi S. Deol
Chairman
Ravi S. Deol is a pioneering entrepreneur and Founder-Chairman of Inbrew Beverages, best known for building iconic global consumer businesses, including Barista Coffee. He has shaped Inbrew into a new-age beverage powerhouse through landmark acquisitions such as Molson Coors’ India beer business and Diageo India’s mainstream spirits portfolio. Previously, he transformed Adelie Foods into the U.K.’s leading chilled foods company and led India’s first food-sector SPAC listing on the London Stock Exchange. An alumnus of London Business School, Ravi divides his time between London and Delhi.
Rajnikant Sabnavis
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Rajnikant Sabnavis, Managing Director & CEO of Inbrew Beverages, brings over 30 years of leadership across FMCG, retail, textiles and alco-beverage. Since October 2023, he has delivered strong performance, including 25% EBITDA growth and Gross Sales of ₹9,500 crore. Previously, he spent 23 years at Hindustan Unilever in senior leadership roles, revitalised the Radiant (Rin) brand and turned around South Asia Hair Care. He later served as COO at Henkel–Jyothy Labs, CEO of Future Consumer, and Global Head at Grasim. He is an alumnus of NIT Surathkal and SP Jain Institute of Management.
Bhupendra Chhapwale
Chief Strategy & Growth Officer
Bhupendra Chhapwale, Executive Director and Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Inbrew Beverages, drives strategic growth, transformational initiatives, M&As, legal and corporate governance. Previously, as CFO, he played a key role in the acquisition and integration of 43 Diageo India brands, while establishing strong finance and IT foundations. With over 28 years of experience across Mondelēz, AB InBev and Molson Coors, he has driven transformational growth, including award-winning revenue management initiatives and significant working capital improvements. Bhupendra is a Cost Accountant (ICMA) & holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Management from CIMA (UK).
Deepak Malhotra
Chief Business Officer, Beer
Deepak Malhotra leads the beer business at Inbrew Beverages, driving strategy, brand equity, expansion and innovation. With nearly three decades in the beverage industry, he has held senior roles at Bira, SABMiller, AB InBev and Beam Global, playing a key role in shaping modern beer culture in India. Known for scaling businesses profitably, building strong distribution and creating categories, Deepak brings deep commercial expertise and a forward-looking approach. At Inbrew, he steers the beer vertical’s focus on quality, sustainability and long-term growth.
Manmohan S. Kalsy
Chief Human Resources Officer
Manmohan S. Kalsy is Chief Human Resources Officer at Inbrew Beverages, with over two decades of CHRO and senior HR leadership experience. He has held leadership roles at United Breweries, Medi Assist, Xerox, Triveni Engineering and Go First, and earlier worked with Vodafone, Airtel, PepsiCo, Gillette and DCM. Widely respected for his work in leadership development and organisational transformation, he played a key role during United Breweries’ joint venture with Heineken. An MBA from IPM Meerut, Manmohan is certified by INSEAD, DDI, Hogan, Hay and Gallup.
Niraj Mehra
Director – Finance
Niraj Mehra is a seasoned finance leader with over two decades of experience across the alcoholic beverages, FMCG, consumer products and food sectors. A Chartered Accountant, he is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and has completed the Executive General Management Programme from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He brings a strong blend of strategic finance, business partnering and transformation expertise, having held leadership positions with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer, AkzoNobel, Agristo NV, Allied Blenders, Radico. At Inbrew Beverages, he leads the finance function, driving growth, capital efficiency and long-term value creation.

Susanta Bhattacharya
Vice President, Supply Chain
Susanta Bhattacharya is Vice President & Head of Supply Chain at Inbrew Beverages, overseeing planning, procurement, logistics and contract bottling. With over 20 years of experience at Nestlé, Modi Group and Bharti Del Monte, he brings strong expertise in strategic sourcing and end-to-end supply chain management. At Nestlé, he led South Asia procurement and global innovation partnerships. Earlier, he managed sourcing and agri-retail procurement operations. Susanta holds an MBA from Gauhati University, a degree in Managerial Economics, and CPSM® certification from ISM-USA.
Jaiveer S. Dugal
Strategy & Future Beverages
Jaiveer S. Dugal leads Strategy & Future Beverages at Inbrew Beverages, driving premium and luxury portfolio development and all inorganic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. He plays a central role in Inbrew’s long-term transformation through premiumisation and category innovation. His experience spans strategy, finance and risk management across GE Capital, American Express, DP World and AB InBev. Known for his analytical rigour and consumer-driven approach, Jaiveer is an alumnus of The Doon School and brings a global perspective to building future-ready beverage businesses.
Amit Manjul
AVP – Sales, South & East Spirits Division
Amit Manjul is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the alcoholic beverages sector. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building robust distribution ecosystems. With a career that began in frontline sales, Amit has steadily progressed into leadership roles, managing large teams and complex markets. He is recognised for his execution-focused approach, strong commercial acumen, and ability to deliver results in competitive and regulated environments.
Jyotishman Deka
AVP, Sales, West & North Spirits Division
Jyotishman Deka brings 20+ years of leadership experience across consumer businesses in India and globally, spanning sales, marketing, and general management. As VP Marketing at SABMiller India, he led the turnaround of legacy beer brands and launched premium international brands. At SABMiller plc, London, he contributed to global brand strategy for the Miller portfolio. With experience across startups and large organisations, he combines general management, sales-marketing integration, and an entrepreneurial mindset. He is a graduate of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
