The Art of Blending
Our master blenders honour legacy and heritage while embracing new-age techniques to craft a diverse portfolio of spirits that are timeless, distinctive and excitingly modern.
Selection of Base Spirits
We start by selecting base spirits with unique characteristics that can enhance the blend's complexity and depth.

Sampling and Testing
Small selected base spirit samples are combined in various proportions and rigorously analysed for flavour balance and aromatic qualities.

Creating the Blend
Once the optimal combination is identified, larger quantities of the base spirits are meticulously measured and mixed.

Aging and Mellowing
The blend is then allowed to age in barrels, where it develops depth and smoothness, integrating flavours that mellow and marry together perfectly.

Quality Control
Throughout the blending and aging process, our quality control team conducts periodic tastings to ensure the blend maintains the desired profile and meets our standards.

Filtration & Packaging
The liquid is filtered to remove residue and give it a sparkle, then packaging it in bottles and aseptic packs, ready to deliver the distinctive taste of our iconic blends.

The Art of Brewing
At Inbrew, every batch of beer is crafted with passion, precision and deep respect for brewing heritage and tradition. Our process combines the art and science of brewing, using the finest ingredients from India’s rich agricultural landscape to create beers that are flavourful, refreshing and driven by world-class innovation.
Milling the Grains
Malted grains are crushed to break down their husks. This exposes the starches inside and converts them into fermentable sugars.

Mashing
The crushed grains are mixed with hot water, also known as mashing, allowing the enzymes to convert the starches into sugars, creating a sweet liquid known as wort.

Boiling
The wort is boiled for sterilisation, while hops are added for flavour, aroma and bitterness, also concentrating the wort by evaporating excess water.

Fermentation
The cooled wort is transferred to tanks where yeast is added. As the yeast consumes sugars, it produces alcohol and carbon dioxide, thus giving the beer its alcoholic content and natural carbonation.

Conditioning
After fermentation, the beer is matured to refine its flavour. This may occur in the same or a separate tank and can include dry hopping for added aroma and taste.

Filtration & Packaging
The beer is filtered to remove residue, sparkle, then packaged in bottles and aseptic packs, ready to deliver the distinctive taste of our iconic brews.
