Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and databases.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the Factory Act, CLRA, and other applicable labour laws along with their compliances.
  • Have awareness of new Labour Codes.
  • Handle third-party vendors and their teams to ensure proper manpower for brewery operations.
  • Ensure implementation of applicable labour laws and organisational policies.
  • Maintain plant hygiene and oversee horticulture activities.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Implement employee recognition programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in setting up annual performance evaluation systems for blue-collar employees.
  • Organise training and development programs to address skill gaps.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
  • Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal labour laws.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and changes in labour regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in blue collar recruitment, labour law compliances, employee relations, and plant-level HR administration.

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices
