• Develop and implement operational plans to build a fully integrated supply chain, in line with the strategy and business plan.
• Analyze supply chain information (Cost data sets, logistics matrix, input trends, productivity data) and support management to take informed decisions.
• 360 Degree Stakeholder management & proactively handle issues through a well-defined manner.
• Attain supply security through Company owned and Partner Owned
• production capabilities.
• Continuously monitor external environment to identify areas of improvement in the Beer/Alcohol Industry and identify new supply chain initiatives.
• Prepare budgets and ensure performance (delivery vs. commitment) in all supply projects + working Capital management projects.
• Prepare business cases with scenario analysis – capacity sharing projects.
• Ascertain and mitigate business risk and sustainability challenges.
• Prepare cost cards (Product/SBU P&L) to ensure supply plans are aligned with financial objectives. Work closely with Finance & Strategy leads.
• X-Functional :
• Participate in sourcing and supplier selection process, collaborate with the Purchase Team
• Work closely with S&OP team to align to a common national production
• dashboard.
• Manage contracts with external parties – timely renewal by working with legal, finance and HR teams.
• Work with Sales and Marketing team to support growth, deployment of MARCOM and sales generating assets and provide quick turnarounds.
• Keen eye on spotting trends – bring relevancy to long terms plans.
• Develop a culture of innovation, externalization and collaboration.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

• MBA /Engineering from reputed Institute

Experience:

• 05 + years of experience in supply chain/ procurement/production/strategy/marketing
• Industry – FMCG/Alcobev/Engineering
