Manmohan S Kalsy has joined Inbrew Beverages as the Chief Human Resources Officer and is based at Bangalore. He joined Inbrew from Go First where he headed HR functions for the Company. Earlier , he has served as the head of human resources functions at United Breweries Limited from 2013 to 2020. Manmohan reported in to the President & Managing Director (CEO) of UBL and played a strategic role in setting the people and culture agenda in the joint venture with Heineken . Prior to UBL, Manmohan was with Xerox where he was appointed on the board of the Company as a whole- time director in 2011 which provides him a valuable governance experience. Manmohan is an MBA from IPM, Meerut (1989 batch) and has worked across various HR & leadership roles at admired Companies like DCM, Gillette, Pepsi, Airtel, Triveni Engg., Vodafone & Xerox.
He has been certified by INSEAD, DDI, Hogan, Hay and Gallup and has been associated with many prestigious institutes. Manmohan serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of Chandigarh University and contributes to the HR fraternity by sharing his thoughts for the function at various HR forums. He has also been a part of CII & various state government committees to advise on matters pertaining to labour, wages and safety issues. Manmohan has served the NHRD chapters and is a past Rotarian.
